Overview of Role
As an Independent Sales Contractor (1099) for USACS, you’ll proactively reach out to prime real estate investors and property owners to pitch cost segregation opportunities savings. Using our proprietary real estate data platform, you’ll identify prospects and generate estimates for the client’s potential savings. This fully remote, commission-only role is designed for sharp, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a high-rejection environment and excel at selling complex solutions. You’ll complete a brief, but in depth, training program to master cost segregation and our sales process.
Qualifications
This is not for beginners—it’s for confident closers in complex sales environments.
Must Have
2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cold calling.
Experience in fields involving real estate, tax services, or selling to CPAs/investors.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to articulate complex tax strategies to sophisticated clients.
Ability to learn technical concepts (e.g., cost segregation, IRS guidelines) independently.
Self-motivated and resilient in a commission-only environment.
Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet.
Nice to Have
Substantial experience in real estate, tax services, financial products, or selling to CPAs or investors.
Familiarity with CRM platforms or data-driven sales processes.
Responsibilities
You’ll be the first point of contact for investors exploring tax-saving strategies.
Execute 50–100 targeted cold calls per week to real estate investors and property owners.
Use our platform to identify prospects and generate cost segregation estimates.
Pitch USACS’s engineering-based studies, emphasizing holistic tax strategies and IRS compliance.
Track leads and sales progress in our CRM.
Complete self-paced training and pass assessments to ensure competency with cost segregation and related tax mitigation strategies.
