The Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) Executive Leadership Team is proud to present “Project Underground” at Underground Atlanta on Thursday, May 1st!
We’ve partnered with Lalani Ventures to provide attendees with a comprehensive look at current and future real estate development updates and opportunities at Underground Atlanta.
Lalani Ventures CEO, Shaneel Lalani, purchased Underground with the vision to restore and revitalize this iconic destination. Shaneel has since grown Lalani Venture’s real estate portfolio to more than two million square feet of commercial space, with the vast majority of properties located in Georgia. On the heels of the Underground Atlanta acquisition, Lalani purchased 34 Peachtree, a 300,000-square-foot office building in downtown Atlanta, with plans to revive the dated office tower.
Attendees will be exploring new relationships with potential joint venture partners, family offices, real estate development firms, building owners and operators, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, investors, elected officials, economic development directors, commercial real estate brokers, property management firms, CPAs, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions managers, architecture practices, and business entrepreneurs.
Over 400 patrons will be expected in attendance.
